Kemen Kerbasi is a spidery caliban who leads the small band of thieves that constitute the thieves' guild of Sly-Var. He is partial to preying upon smugglers. Protection money is also extorted from Rashemani merchants. As a dread possibility, Kemen Kerbasi may in fact be Vraylok Heleneh Kerpatis in magical disguise, acting as a secret agent of Hazlik.[1]
