The Drowning Deep is the domain that encompasses the watery depths of the Nocturnal Sea.[3] It is ruled by its darklord, Virundus. Known and worshiped by his people as the God Below, supreme god of gods, yet he is able to affect little direct influence beyond his own throne room.
