Vladimir Ludzig is a Vampyre. Originally from the grim outlander land of Vladantilan, he has nontheless become the leader of the other vampyres of Falkovnia. He resides in Lekar where he owns numerous slums. Under his direction, the vampyres built the vile feeding houses.^[1]^[2]
