Mococarania was never to be considered an alternative domain but a new island domain. That is why everything changed so much. It isn't a squabble filled relatively poor domain (or at best average) but a very rich one. That is why things changed after Mocho entered The Mists with a look of fear on his face. When I ran this domain in one of my games (I admit the article was a bit rushed, I last track of time until Halloween itself to get it in for Quoth) I had his mother retake the domain after he left.
