Astonyx was one of the crew of La Demoiselle du Musarde and one of the kidnappers sent by Captain Raoul Dumont to find and capture various magical beings for his collection aboard his ship, La Demoiselle du Musarde. He, Astyn, and Phillip all lost their lives in the Maison d'Sablet trying to capture some feu follets. However, Brynn brought a chest of them back to his captain, though the experience left him mad.[1]
