Blind Paul is the demilord of a floating pocket domain called the Library of the Mists. He was a monk who committed murder to gain control of a vast library. However, when he became a darklord he was stricken with blindness. Now unable to read the contents of his beloved library, he captures travelers and forces them to read the books to him. Though blind, Paul's monk abilities, extraordinary senses, and the ability cast darkness over his library make him a highly dangerous enemy.[1]
