Akanga is a Greater Broken One made from a great cat, who resides in Markovia. He has rebelled against the rule of Frantisek Markov and ultimately seeks to overthrow the mad doctor to rule in his place. Markov's fraudulent claims of being a deity have tainted Akanga's views of all gods; he believes there are no true deities.[1]
