CTheona Bell claims to be a monster hunter in the tradition of the Bell family, though the majority "monsters" of her domain are in fact simply disfigured and ostracized normal people or other harmless creatures. It appears that she is not merely a fraud, for her hatred of these beings is genuine. She sees the reclusive baron of her domain (rumored to be a nosferatu but in actuality simply disfigured by a skin disease) as her archnemesis. However, every scheme she enacts to eliminate him is doomed to failure.[1]
