Yorak is a brutal barbarian chieftain and the leader of the most powerful tribe of his domain. If he does not commit a killing on any given day, his mental Ability Scores drop while his physical ones increase as he takes one step closer to transform into an ogre like monstrosity. (This works similarly to the curse associated with the Sword of Arak. Yet he sometimes takes advantage of this curse when a momentous conflict is on the horizon.[1]
