Shanshirron D’Oltier was a vampire who resided in Chateaufaux who wrote a diary almost two centuries before Dr. Van Richten wrote Van Richten's Guide to the Vistani (Item). Van Richten used Shansirron's description of the Manusa Tasque Vistani as part of writing the Guide to the Vistani.[1]
