Wayward is what seems to be a quiet dust speck of a town in the middle of the Bone Sands desert. By day, everything seems fairly boring and nondescript about Wayward except for the lack of children and the nearly unpalatable food. But come nightfall, the townspeople reveal their true vicious natures as cannibalistic quevari, led by the unexpected darklord of the domain: Caleb Wicks.[2]
