In the novel Spectre of the Black Rose, the Thorns of the White Rose were a group of Sithicanbandits, spies, and rebels that were led by the mysterious White Rose. Beyond fighting against the rule of Azrael Dak and Lord Soth[1], they had more mysterious goals that involved the collection of large amounts of white and red roses and changing the nature of the domain itself.[2]
Unusual for Sithicans, the Thorns had a mixture of Iron Hills wild elves and humans in its ranks. (Though the former was much more well-represented.)
