Jorhlan Raynor is a member of of the Vallaki cell of the The Kargatane. He usually inhabits the Kargatane Bookshop. Jorhlan is the son of Magnus Raynor, a top agent of the Kargatane. Unfortunately, Jorhlan inherited little of his father's skill or ruthlessness. Jorhlan was killed while trying to infiltrate a smuggler operation that was actually a facade for agents of the Unholy Order of the Grave.
