Henry Stauff is the darklord of Hijikal. Before coming to the Land of Mists he was a thief, murderer, and general misanthrope being fed ideas in his dreams on how to make soul-draining toys by a demon. His creation and delivery of the toys was enabling the fiend to undergo transposition with him. However, before the transformation could be finished, Hijikal was drawn into the Land of the Mists, fusing both Stauff and the fiend into a Half-Fiend.[1]
