			[[Death Undaunted]] was an unreleased [[module]] intended to address the reemergence of Azalin Rex from his seeming destruction during the events depicted in the [[Requiem: The Grim Harvest]] boxed set adventure. It was never finished, though an unfinished manuscript was released by [[John W.
