If one accepts the reality of Madego, then Slap is a Pierrobit who has been playing the part of a Succubus - or possibly there is a Pierrobit who reflects the Succubus. Her memories of the Abyss could be personal false history, and she might be deluded as to her own nature.

While she definitely does not want to go back to the Abyss, Slap fears the Demiplane of Dread and the Evil powers she senses all around her. Her morality is slowly shifting away from evil to neutrality, not because she has had a great epiphany, but because she is suppressing her worst impulses for the sake of her own safety. Slap's feelings of vulnerability and insecurity are strong enough that they motivated her to seek religion, just to feel that little bit more protected: this is why she is a reasonably devout worshipper of Mytteri. It is also the reason why she is making an honest effort to be an asset to her team, and why her level of confidence and aggression equals the amount of support she is currently receiving.
