[[Flood Town]] is a lawless wasteland of a city sunken within the [[Fallaya Basin]] swamps. It was once [[Ngethuat]], a thriving town in Fallaya and was the place to go for art, theatre, and music, before it was absorbed by the mists. When Fallaya Basin was absorbed into [[~~the~~ Hub]], Ngethuat was hit with a huge rainstorm that flooded the town and made it sink into the mire about 15 feet. Abandoned and renamed Flood Town, it became a skeleton of a great city. [[Flood Town]] is a lawless wasteland of a city sunken within the [[Fallaya Basin]] swamps.
