It was formerly owned by [[Bane (Mercenary)]] until his death at the hands of [[Azalin Rex]]

			This weapon was wielded by Bane, an [[outlander]] [[mercenary]] sent by [[Strahd]] to murder Azalin Rex. The weapon was originally created by [[dwarves]] of some unknown [[outlander land]].

			If used by a dwarf, Bane's Adder will always misfire. If anyone uses this weapon against an opponent of the same [[alignment]], the wielder suffers the same damage and special effects as the target.
