A '''planet''' resembles a star. Planets are as bright or brighter than stars. Unlike stars, they tend not to twinkle. Their chief difference, however, is that planets are wanderers. The position of stars relative to one another is unchanging, the whole of them being fixed into permanent, readily recognisable patterns known as constellations. Like the sun and the moon, the position of planets relative to stars and to one another is slowly but constantly changing, some planets traversing the sky more quickly, and others less quickly, than each other and the stars. 

The sky over the [[Core]] probably has four recognised planets. The sky over the Core is generally held to have a single mooon. Yet in [[Nova Vaasa]] the annual [[Night of Bright Truth]] occurs when  all five [[moon | moons]] are full.
