Café de Nuit

For me, a great author died last week. His name was Robert Asprin. He wrote several series of books including the "Myth-Adventures of Skeeve and Aahz" and "Phule's Company." For those of you who tout Harry Potter as a good wizard, you need to check Skeeve and his friends (how many wizards can claim to be friends with an assassin who looks like a Playboy bunny but can beat the crap out of her troll brother (she is after all a Trollop [no that's not a typo, you need to read the series])? If this post needs a D&D reference--somewhere, a long time ago, someone in 1st ed. actually formulated stats for Aahz and Skeeve (and a few of their friends) and had them printed in a magazine or adventure book.

R.I.P. Robert Asprin, you will be missed.
