Hail to you all.
I'm trying to communicate in a foreign tongue, so be forgiving.

Get this:
http://mystlands.altervista.org

You will find in it two maps and a few creature images on which i'd like to hear the comments of the Fraternity's members.
The maps are in Italian tongue, but i can translate them with little effort, whenever someone may be interested in getting them so....

Very interesting! Thanks for posting, and I'll definitely take a closer look later in the weekend!

Welcome to our boards, too! :)

Buon Giorno! Mi Chiamo NeoTiamat! Come stai?

And that is all the Italian I know from four years of school (Yay!). Don't worry about it, practice makes perfect, and we're a very multi-lingual group here. We have a strong French contingent, and me and Igor the Henchman are the token Russians around.

Very nice art, I like the coloring. Will look over the maps when I can, but they look very nice.

That's about my limit as well, and I am leaving my work assignment here in Switzerland tomorrow for 4 days vacation in Firenze, Pisa, and Cortona Italy. Hope the weather is nice (for November), it's been colder than a hag's you-know-what's here the last week! :banshee:

Welcome to the board, Zoria, and thanks for the maps!

Ciao. Italiano pure io.

And Ravenloft fan, of course. ;)
Great maps!

BTW, a suggestion on tranlsation: not "Riveglio di Loa", ma "DEI" Loa, since they're a host of spirits, non a single entity, "Stretta del Leviatano" is better as "Spire del Leviatano" (;)).

For a good list of all the Mistways, you might want to check VRGttM. ;)

Fabulous maps.

We got to keep this guy.

Enslave him as the fraternity's official map maker.

PS The Barovian mist way should actually be in Kartakass, as there are no permenant Mists in Baroiva.

I controlled VRGttM, and the Bleak Road is actually in southern Barovia.

FoS Errata: Pg. 110 RLPHB Pg. 127 Charted Mistways sidebar: The Bleak Road should connect “Southern Nova Vaasa — Northern Vorostokov”, and not Barovia!>(Errata)
http://www.fraternityofshadows.com/TheV ... Errata.htm

Now if you can point me to the permanent bank of mists in Barovia then you might have a case. Otherwise, VRGttM perpetuated, rather than corrected, a well known error.

And it gave us an entirely new error too: http://www.fraternityofshadows.com/foru ... ay+madness

According to VRGttM the Serpent’s Coils (Moderate Reliability, Two-Way) links Eastern Nova Vaasa and Central Zherisia. Unfortunately, post Grand Conjunction there is no such thing as central Zherisia.

Welcome to the forums, Zoria! Those maps are wonderful! I'm sure that if we could print the Core map as a poster map, it would be the best since the Black Box's map!

Could we hope for an English version of the Core's map, or at least a resource that we could modify for our own use?

Keep them coming, Zoria! ;)

I believe there's a sidebar on Paridon's Mistways in the Zherisia Gaz. It'll tell you how Pam and Nicholas reconciled that discrepancy.

Note that VRGttM doesn't detail all the Mistways, just those that are sufficiently well-known as to have come to the Weathermay-Foxgroves' attentions. There are other Mistways out there, both canon (the ones that link Bluetspur to the Black Spire, or the Nightmare Lands to Illhousen's old clinic) and fan-invented (like Paridon's Royal Road).

Beautiful Maps! The core one was especially nice! Did you design the graphic of the Grim Reaper guy in the lower left corner? Nice work. What graphic design program do you use? Is this photoshop?

Thanks for appreciations.
Both the maps are done with Photoshop, and with a good amount of dedication. )
The Grim Reaper is not a my creation; i found it on the web, but i don't preclude the possibility of a personal re-creation of the subject.

As for as the translation is concerned, i possess the psd structure of the file, so it is not difficult to me to replace the italian lexicon with the english one. I will do so in the next days, and shall promptly inform you on this same post. )
