Café de Nuit

I was looking through some of the mist hunters ravenloft series and found a referance in A Darklord's Denouement, to a Domain i have not heard of, Ulbrion. After a it more searching i found another bit longer referance to it in Ravenloft Player's Compendium by Jeremy Forbing.

I have not found any further sources for the domain and it could be a creation of Jeremy Forbing as he did co-author A Darklord's Denouement, but if anyone knows any further details regarding the domain and can direct me to where it can be found it would be most welcome.

Definitely not part of the official domain roster in any edition, and also doesn't seem to give a ping in any web search I could manage. From the RPC description, it reads like a domain with a dragonborn swashbuckling theme. At a guess, I'd say the inclusion in ADD is probably just the author recycling an NPC from their home campaign. If you're really curious to know more, maybe just contact Jeremy directly?
