Before I start reading it, I would congratulate and thank everyone for their efforts. As usual, I had some ideas and didn't manage to find the energy to turn them to a proper article. Thanks for everyone that did.

Definetly, "Ample Supply".
Though Slap squeeing over getting Juste's autograph is a close second.

Actually, it is in there:
9. World of Ravenloft – The domains and populations are large like countries in our world, encompassing thousands of miles and millions of people. Perhaps it is actually a full planet with continents and oceans, not just a demiplane.
It think it covers your Mistworld quite well, isn't it?
