Unfortunately being 'reasonable' isn't on "Mother"'s resumé.
It's a trick question! The Hamiltonian in that equation is a niche pop culture riddle telling her to do a rap about the American Revolution.
If she does manage to solve the equation, I might have to see about getting a refund on my master's degree. Clearly they were teaching me in the slowest way possible, and ignoring the valuable educational resource of giant bug attacks.
