Let's see, how shall I put this...? Hell, yes! Chicken Bone is infamous for being an unabashed Voodan of the Lord of the Dead. Souragnien lore is full of stories about him, and the stories agree that he can get a visitor anything the visitor may want - for a price. And the price is frequently unpleasant, and people who try to skip on the bill will suffer terrible punishment.
