Well I have a ton of art, though most of it is Kaidan related (Japanese horror) so it might not be the best for all-purpose Ravenloft, except I paid for all of it. Rather than post all that art, I'll just post a sample of art that has yet to be released.
Almost all my monster art for Kaidan are pencil hand-drawings by Mark Hyzer. Mark Hyzer paints MtG card art for WotC, has done work for AEG, and since I found him, he has done extensive work with Rite Publishing. Here is something for the same-bito (shark man), but I can easily see this being useful for those using it for a wereshark:
