Sanguinia - The Law

There is only one ruler in Sanguinia, and everyone whispers his name in fear.
Ladislav Mircea, the despotic prince, rules his people with a hand as harsh as the climate in his domain. From the castle Guirgiu, high on a outcrop of Mount Radu, he has a complete view over his subjects.
The prince holds firm control over the populace through his police force, a non too subtle group of armed thugs, which are lead by Commander Helz, and who call themselves "Mircea's Blood". They collect taxes for Mircea in the form of food and other goods, and are universally hated.
