Dr. Norbert d'Honaire is a psychologue and an enchanter. After studying at the university of Port-a-Lucine, he now works in the Saulbridge Sanitarium in Mordentshire.
At this moment in time, the sanitarium is a bit down on funds, and has made some room available for medical administrations by a group of priestesses of Hala, known as the Sisters of Mercy.
Norbert is a far relative of Dominic d’Honaire, an influential politician in nearby Dementlieu (his grandpa was the brother of Dominic's grandpa.). Norbert's family is the only d'Honaire branch that stayed in Mordent when the family moved out, mostly because they are 'tied' to the sanitarium. Norbert’s grandfather worked there, and he follows in his footsteps.
Norbert is also related to the Weathermay family, as his uncle from his mothers side (Torrence Seaberg) married into that family.
Norbert's colleagues are Dr.Anton W. Franks and young Arthur Sedgewick.
