In Curse of Strahd, the Wolf's Head Jamboree is one of the various festivals held by Baron Vargas Vallakovich in his deluded attempts to ward away Strahd by generating enough hope and happiness in the townspeople. By the time the player characters reach Vallaki, the jamboree has been over for a few days. It is to be followed by the Festival of the Blazing Sun. See p. 95-96, 119 for details
