Anyone else find it kinda funny and interesting to see where everyone is focusing in there edits? My first task was an exhaustive listing of all the sources (since they didn't exist in the Catalogue due to the way it was organized), then working out the disambigs and redirects to minimize the redlinks. Meanwhile, Nerit's working on getting all the domains and darklords looking decent. DeepShadow's all about the plants. Delyuns sorting darklords. CplEthane's tackling other npcs. And Cure is the guy to talk to if you're planning a trip to Nova Vassa and need to know the history and geography in excruciating detail. :D All good and necessary work, mind you. The different directions are just amusing to me for some reason. Keep it up, everyone!! --Gonzoron 03:02, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

Yes! I've noticed, and it excites me too. Unfortunately my "decent" work is just porting over GNU licensed work that got deleted from Wikipedia. Some info is mispelled, in correct, or mi s ng. (<-- teehee) --Nerit 03:19, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
I've noticed, too. Interesting. We just need a few more OCD people in here....DeepShadow 03:35, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

Awesome

This place is looking better and better. I'm sorry I haven't been able to contribute in a million years, but I'm watching it grow. You guys are awesome (and nuts). --Nerit 17:40, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

Main Page Protected

A rash of spammers have been attacking the Main Page, so I protected it from edits. If you have a suggestion for the main page, put it in the Talk tab and the Admin will see it. -- Admin 13:23, 5 August 2011 (UTC)

Reverse Undead

I can't help wondering why Ravenloft has nothing like the Ascended from the video game series RIFT, the champions raised from death by the gods to battle evil.Tnarrud (talk) 13:28, 20 September 2019 (UTC)

Wiki is largely unreadable

Dark red, dark blue, and brown test on a black background makes large portions of the wiki unreadable. Both my parents were old school printers and one of the rules was to make sure there was high contrast between text and background ie bright text on dark backgrounds and dark (preferably black) text on light backgrounds. This is why the text on very old stop signs was black - the background was yellow. Note that with modern Stop signs the text is white to contrast to the red background. As somebody with poor vision myself I have to keep in mind how the wiki I am the administrator looks.--Maximara (talk) 02:37, 2 July 2021 (MDT)

Hi, and welcome! Thanks for the feedback. I have to concur that the "thematic" dark style choices i made for the default skin 10 years ago are starting to wear as my eyes age as well. It's something I've been meaning to work on. Right now I'm on vacation, but may be able to take a look next week when I return. In the meantime, I'll note that if you click on preferences, and then appearance, there are other skins to choose that may be easier to use. Not the ideal answer, I know. The default should be accessible to all, and I'll work on it, but as a stopgap, give it a try. Thanks again... -- Admin (talk) 14:08, 3 July 2021 (MDT)

Better late than never! Sorry it took so long, but I've brightened up the link colors across the board. To me, they are much more readable now. Let me know if you disagree and if they need more work. thanks again -- Admin (talk) 10:25, 11 October 2021 (MDT)
