Oren Lumley

Oren Lumley is the great-grandnephew Howard Lumley. Ownership of the abandonned Lumley House that Howard had built, or at least thoroughly renovated, roughly a century earlier fell into the hands of Oren. He attempted to take possession of it in 752 BC. But he quickly discovered that locals refused to even approach the house, obliging him to hire a band of adventurers to clear it of any remaining danger. The success of this endeavour is unknown. The house was, and perhaps still is, home to a dread mechanical golem named the Automatic Man.
