Nana Zsolty Taksony

Nana Zsolty Taksony was a Vistana who cursed Horg. She is the mother of Karla Zsolty, the grandmother of Petre Zsolty, and the great-grandmother of Mikael and Ilisa Zsolty.

Though incredibly old, frail, blind and deaf, Nana should not be trifled with. She is gifted with the Sight and considerable mystical power, including the power to track down transgressors through the Mists. She called down the curse of mishamel upon Horg for kidnapping Ilisa.

Trusting Von Schreck's Book to be the safest in the hands of Nana, Hilda Von Karlsveld handed it over to her for safekeeping. Although it was unclear whether Nana Zsolty and Von Schreck had ever met in person, and she could not possibly read it, Nana was able to identify the book's author simply by touching its cover - a feat that Hilda found rather disturbing.
