Jan Mikkelson

Jan is Valachani and the grandson of a human and elf marriage. His mixed heritage has thus left him with an unusually handsome appearance. Unfortunately, he is also very vain. Jan was educated at the College d'Art of Invidia, using funding he received by blackmailing his elven grandfather. Not discovering much in arcane knowledge, Jan drifted north to the University of Richemulot, where he came into contact with the Fraternity.

A (relatively) young upstart with the fraternity, Jan is not an illusionist but rather a generalist wizard and even a dabbler in necromancy to boot. However, his superiors may be on to his tricks, as they may have a special purpose for him. In the Bait Dread Possibility, having failed to create a willing darklord among their number, they seek to make one of their number an unwitting (and presumably, unwilling) darklord out of Jan.
