Dr. Sean McClintock was in charge of the Saulbridge Sanitarium in Mordentshire as of 751 BC, and is presumed to still be. He has an interest in psionic lore and has learnt more illithid lore than he cares to know. McClintock helped capture Marcu Vasilis, argued at trial that he be committed to the sanitarium, fell victim to mental domination by Marcu, and came close to being killed by him.
