Councilor Josephine Chantreaux is a member of the Council of Brilliance in Dementlieu. Victimized by Falkovnian Talons as a child, Chantreaux has used her considerable diplomatic skill to aid in the defense against Falkovnia with matters such as the Treaty of the Four Towers.[1] As a Dread Possibility, she may be overseeing various acts of espionage against Falkovnia, including the recruitment of Falkovnian defectors and trying to entreaty with rebel groups such as the Freemen of Falkovnia[2]
Chantreaux has been turned into one of the Obedient by Dominic D'Honaire.[3] She oversees all matters of defense from the gendarmerie to the securing of weapons and firearms.[4]
