Silver is a valuable, extremely malleable metal that is subject to tarnishing. It is mined as a commodity. Iit is also, in many lands and particularly among the middle class of those lands, money, the most easily exchanged commodity, and hence the unit of exchange. There is a concentration of former silver mines in Borca. Silver weapons are invaluable when battling fey, vampires, and werewolves.
Silver mining occurs in Darkon[1], Nidala[2], Vechor[3], and Rokushima Taiyoo[4]. Silver deposits exist in Markovia[5] and the Wildlands[6] but remain unexploited due to the savage nature of these lands.
