"A Calling from Verbrek" is a Ravenloft adventure for 4th-5th level characters (3.5 edition rules) set in Invidia in the fall of 758 BC. In this adventure, the player characters are hired by Monic Vardeau to investigate what has happened to Dr. Claude Vardeau in Curriculo. Unfortunately, he has been falsely accused of the murder of his employer, Kaspar Von Brausch. In actuality, Kaspar's son, Marcellus Von Brausch is responsible only due to a case of afflicted lycanthropy. However, in investigating the death of Kaspar and the disappearance of Marcellus, the PCs become accidentally involved in a power struggle between Malocchio Aderre and Gabrielle Aderre.[1]
