The Anchorite of the Mists prestige class is for divine spellcasters of the Church of Ezra. Anchorites of the Mists attempt to discern and utilize the esoteric links between Ezra and the Mists. Some other priests within the faith find this search for mystical knowledge unsettling because of the unknown perils that might exist in such a search. Despite this, several high ranking anchorites partake in this tradition (in game terms, have levels in this prestige class.)^[1]

• Alignment: Lawful Neutral, Lawful Good, Lawful Evil, or True Neutral
• Deity: Ezra
• Feats: Iron Will, Skill Focus: Concentration
• Skills: Diplomacy 4 ranks, Knowledge (arcana) 8 ranks, Knowledge (planes) 2 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 6 ranks
• Spell Domains: Mists Domain

Special Abilities

Anchorites of the Mist continue advancing in divine spellcasting and have improved chances of Mist navigation. They can turn Mist Creatures. As Anchorites of the Mists progress in levels, they gain a number of supernatural abilities that emulate some arcane spells (such as nondetection, confusion, dimension door, and others) due to this class' special connections with the Mists.^[3]
