As far as I know, only the Hallowed Witch in Van Richten's Arsenal

ETA: I double-checked in our List of PrC's in the Mausoleum, and that would appear to be the only official one.

Yeah the Hallowed Witch isn't really super wonderful, as you have to multiclass caster classes only to perform a handful of spell like abilities that are several levels behind what an equal level caster could do. Not particular to Hala's faith, but there's also the Guardian Seeker and the Stygian Attendant (both from Van Richten's Article), neither of which are that good for a cleric nor thematically very connected to Hala's faith. If you have Godefroy blood and want to sacrifice levels of spellcasting, you might also qualify for Divine Exorist (from Legacy of the Blood) but again not wonderfully thematic.

From the DMG, you could also qualify for (some of which are really high level)
Hierophant
Lore Master
Mystic Theurge

All in all, not the best of options mechanically or thematically.

Of course, there's always the PF Witch base class from the APG.

Just make your own.

Perhaps a PrC that ads a few invocations from the warlock class while advancing spellcasting.

Another way to distinguish the witches of Hala from other clerics is to have them use the Witch spell list from 3.0 (I believe it was in the 3.0 DMG) instead of the standard cleric spell list. They'd still get their domain spells, spontaneous casting, etc., but get a very distinct flavor (I believe the "Straw God" adventure in the Kargatane's CotN: Demons did this with the Adept spell lists of some of the characters).
