Working on an article for next netbook and need additional help on editing and refining my article.
Currently its in 3rd edition rule set but open for assistance to switch it to fifth as well.

First thing first, the Fraternity have a nice tradition of helping me with my articles. I suggest first and foremost you speak with them to get a peer review.

Second, I could help with 5th edition conversions.

Third, from your post you seem... disappointed with your own progress with corrections. Don't be. There is pleeenty of time.
