Mind Flayer flies

I hate it when my kin's experiments escape and they go on the news...

Although, I have to pity those flies mentioned here. Without mind blast, they can't actually take on a healthy ant, so they have to find injured ones. And we all know how much the taste of an injured creature's brain changes. Poor things, forced to subside on bland meals. It just makes me appreciate how mind flayers, the apex predator on top of the food chain, should rule over everything.

Damn it, Al, you need to secure that lab better. It's just plain creepy to walk outside and see hundreds of dead red ants with their heads scant millimeters away.

I know, right?
Thankfully that incident with the neothelid that escaped (CR 15) was swept under the rag. We blamed it on alien invasion.
