Someone other than myself or L.L. Hundal would have to do that one from start to finish.
I've never so much as opend an RR Martin book, and Hundal told me she quit in disgust about halway through book 3, if I am remembering correctling. (And neither of us watch the TV show.)

First thought that came into my mind when I read the title of this thread was: "Good Lord! Will the Nigerian Prince be asking for my credit card number?!"
