Which online cartoons do you think carry that Ravenloft feel?

I saw this Korean ghost story cartoon and thought it captured the feeling of fear and horror very well. (Make sure Flash is enabled for the page.)

wow... very neat. I don't think I ever seen anything quite like it. Really unique in terms of using the medium. Just wish my Korean was good enough to read the text. My wife could read it to me, but she'd probably be too scared. :)

Someone posted that on a 40k group I go on to on Facebook and it is very cool. I see it as something of a reworking of "the crying woman" urban legend.

@ Manofevil - just let it load and it should play itself :)

just scroll down, ManofEvil. I can slowly sound out words in Korean, but my vocabulary is limited to about that of a 2 year old...

I immediately emailed a Korean friend of mine to ask her to translate it for me. After the inevitable recriminations and the accusations that I had just decreased her term of pregnancy by two weeks, she wrote this as a summary of the story:
VIEW CONTENT:
The story is easy: this teenage girl was going home at night after school and found this creepy, pajama-clad lady walking in front of her. With no one around in the usually crowded apartment complex, her instinct said she should stay away from the lady so she slowed down. But the lady looked back, found her and walked to her to keep asking 'where...is...my...baby?"

The teenager, so scared and wanting to make her go away, pointed her fingers towards a random apartment building far away and said 'your baby is over there.' As soon as the lady (presumed to be a ghost given her grotesque face and posture) flew away, the teenager started to run backward. But she immediately heard a weird sound coming behind and looked back, to find the ghost running (or flying) towards her, screaming 'It's not there!!"

The girl was later found laying unconscious on the ground.

A narration of TV news follows, saying a 33-year-old woman jumped to her death at an apartment in southern Seoul in 2007. She was divorced by her husband after having an affair with another man and lost custody of a 2-year-old daughter. Since then, the woman has often been spotted walking around the apartment complex barefooted at night. With all her joints dislocated and wearing a blood-covered pajama she wore when she killed herself, the lady is said to look very horrifying.
Apparently the author has done another cartoon, which you can find here.
