Yes... Not to sound urgent but I am looking forward to it... Even if my entries will have to wait due to college not allowing me the time to finish!

Unfortunately, due to extremely low interest, this year's quoth the raven is being scalled back. Way back.
Over the last few years my time available for writing has steadily decreased, and this year we had exactly one submission.
I am planning a very small project for release, but it won't be anything compared to a full Quoth.
I know that this will be a big disappointment to some of our loyal followers but we can only hope that this year with the release of the Ravenloft Boardgame will rekindle public interest and community participation.

If you don't mind my asking, I was wondering, could you explain to me exactly what "Quoth the Raven" is? Forgive me, I'm relatively new to these forums.

Back in the good old days, we were putting out one issue every two months.

Our style became more polished and we moved the books to an annual publication schedule.

ONE submission?
Why don't you make a "call to pens" so we can get to work? Move the deadline further and ask for articles, I bet it will work.

If I find some time, I'll patch up an article.

Are their any submission guidelines? Or any help needed in layout?

I do all the layout myself, in a professional desktop publisher.

All we really need are submissions.

Cool, Any particular word count or topics? Format guidelines?

I can submit some fiction, or maybe new firearm rules for Masque.

It wouldn't be actual rules, but more along the lines of a way to build/customized guns from spare parts. It would be geared more towards the 1920's and 1930's, but I can add more aged things.

That sounds like a great article Georg. Fiction would be nice too.

In answer to your question Brass, there's no set rules for word count, or format.
Here is a link to the Mausolem where we have the old QtR style template: http://www.fraternityofshadows.com/Mausoleum.html

As for topic, we accept anything related to Ravenloft, Masque of the Red Death, or Horror in general.

Thanks ScS I'm sure I'll have some material for you. Not for this issue whatever form it takes, but the next.
