Need help to print the Nocturnal Sea survey

So I review the Nocturnal sea survey, and well, this was a great job! I thought to print it, and because it cost around 30$ to print it, I thought, at this price, why not use that website that my sister show me where you can send your pdf and they make you a book with it. It would be nice to have it as a soft cover with my others Gazetteers.
But when I looked at http://www.blurb.com , I saw that they needed a little work on the pdf.
First, I need to send two pdf: one for the covers page, and one for the others pages.
Second: I need to resize the pdf to 11.25 x 8.25 in
Third: I need to ensure that the pdf is between 150 and 300 DPI and is in the PDF/X-3:2002 format.
And well, I'm technically over match, I don't have a software to mod pdf, so any technical tips about this situation?
