I came across this little gem while searching for something new at my local Blockbuster (wouldn't you know it? they didn't have the re-release of Phantasm II.

The basic plot is the manager of a corporation that's run by "vampires," or netherfolk as they call themselves, begins to go senile and forgets he's one of them, and starts hunting them down and killing "vampires" one by one. He so nonchalant about it, especially when he's got the staked body of one in his office in the opening scene, I fell out of my chair laughing by the time the opening credits rolled.
It's been favorably called "Shaun of the Dead" for vampires and certainly takes its own humorous twists on the legends and hardships of vampire-like creatures in the modern day. It's original, it's funny, it's worth the few bucks to rent.
