RLR: Domains looking for a Darklord 5: Sea of Sorrows

The voting for the darklord of Paridon is still open, but still there's a domain craving for a darklord to sit in its throne. A watery throne, that is, as the domain in question is no less than the Sea of Sorrows.
In the original poll, Pieter Van Riese did not receive enough voting. Does this indicate that he should change to become more interesting for the domain he lives in? If so, Which changes? Should he decline his seat as darklord? If so, Who should replace him? An existing character? A new one?
