King Vecna was the wisest of the archmages, and the kindest of king, and all of Cavitia worshipped him almost as a god; His faithful lieuteanant was the paladin Kas; After the death of the king, Kas died of grief, and he made himself buried to guard his kingforever; but the mourning of hispeople for his passing, and the cruelty of his successors united to the sincere devotion of the good Cavitian people caused Vecna to ascend to godhood; Faithfull Kas became his herald and the now divine Vecna sought to return to his kingdom; but to do so a price was required, so Vecna ordered Kas to sever his left hand and to cave his right eye out. This sacrifice allowed Vecna, god of Teaching, to return to his kingdom, and harbring a new age of prosperity; Vecna still sufferfor the maiming he imposed himself, but he endures it; Kas on the other hand, doubt himself for obeying that specific order, and he swore himself off from his mighty sword, until the day he will find the Eye and the Hand of his lord, and Vecna will be whole again.

Urik von Karchov was born as a domestic Panther on Toril; However, he was unlike every other panther; he had the sensibility and the intelligence of a man; Thanks to that he fell desperatly in love with his owner; Sune, the goddess of love heard his pleas and turned him in a man; He married and was happy with his former owner, until the day she was killed, alongside theyr kids; The grief turned him in panther again, and he ran; He swore that he would have used all of his power to protect innocent women and kids from the cruelty of the world; Lightpowers heard his pleas, and they brought him on Valachan, a kingdom ruled by a misoginist tyrant; He killed him, and become the new ruler of Valachan, regaining a human form, and he set himself on protecting his people, expecially women and children; However, he is still grieving from his dead family, and his grief will overcome him everytime he is becoming close to another woman ; when it happens, he turn in his Panther form and ran until the following full moon, when he return human, come back to his castle and start again his solitary life, protecting and defending the people of Valachan.

One day she killed the brother secretly and tried to pretend that she was in mourning for him so that Strahd would be overcome by sympathy and marry her. Strahd would have nothing to do with it. In a rage she attacked Strahd on the top of his keep. Strahd dodged her attack and she fell over the railing to her death. Now in the new land Tatyana is born again in another woman and is obsessed with the one man who resisted her lures, Strahd. Strahd is constantly squashing the schemes of the woman who wants to make him hers .

Good start... No GREAT start but it needs a little more. Strahd was the first Darklord so Anti-Strahd needs something that's going to set him up as the first Guardian. The motivation brilliantlight gave is perfect, but what keeps Anti-Strahd alive through the generations? What's an anti-vampire? There's a question for you.

A deathless maybe, but they don't tend to stick around long. Maybe some sort of angel incarnate like Gandalf the Grey from LOTR. For that I would use the half-cerlestial template and drop the wings while compensating it by giving it +2 to natural armor.

The sole spark of joy for children forced to live in an oppressive realm devoid of humor or laughter where adults treat their children only as a tools to be used to further their own wealth/pieces to be moved about on a game board of political marriages and worst of all eventually break the children's spirits to the point that they willingly inflict the same horrors on their own offspring.

Anhktepot was the pious ruler of Har'Akir and started out as a devout worshiper of Ra. He then found out the truth. The priests had lied to him. Far from being a just god he was merely a tyrant who worked through the pharaohs. He expected unquestioning obedience from his worshipers and he commanded them through the pharaohs who were virtually worshiped as gods themselves. But this was all a ruse , all commands from the pharaoh was actually from Ra who was amused by people bowing down to a mere servant. One god was led the struggle against the oppressive Ra and that was Set. Far from being the evil , corrupt god he was smeared to be he was actually the leader of the struggle for freedom and justice. Ra found out Anhktepot's loyalties and he had his corrupt priests murder him and turn him into a mummy while cursing his kingdom. This did not stop the pious Anhktepot who even now struggles against the corrupt priesthood even after death.
