It hopefully cleared things up a bit from the article. It makes it clear that the stat adjustment is to the base hag. Also that the powers are on top of what the hag already had. The entry is under category: fey.

I admit the formatting sucks. I tried fixing it but in each preview it either looked worse or the same when I tried to fix it. The netbook reference is particularly wrong and I am not sure what I did wrong.
