The safe has no traps as far as Sara knows . By the way you may want to wait on me saying if it has trap or not to decided if you are going to try to disable the trap on it . Also so you can tell your other party members to move out of possible area of effect of the trap if it has one before you try disable it . And open locks roll no good enough to open the safe at this time . And Aide another is an action per faced on another making a DC 10 Check of what ever action that person asking for to aide . It has to be skill that they can perform normally so as such if they can do disable device they can aide another with that skill . But if they are not trained in a skill that needs to be trained to even try then they can't aide with it .

P.S. What is the second Search roll for ? Be specific please .

Since the box doesn't open Sara will take 20 on Open locks. So the others have some time to check the scrolls, drawers, wardrobe etc.

Not quite sure what skills exactly you would like me to roll. I am thinking Appraise and Decipher Script. Lets start with those and you can any or both if they are not applicable.

Isidar's wardrobe search = 17

Even when taking 20(2minutes of time) Sara can not open it .

In the wardrobe Isidar finds nothing except for what's left some clothes .

An appraise check is not really needed, the Decipher Script would make sense unless you know the language the parchment and you don't . I looked at your Sheet and it is not on there . But the roll is high enough to tell your character what it says since it is simple message . It is message from about 657 year in for Core world time frame . That may not mean much to your character at this time, but may latter after talking to Sara(a Native) . It says that some experts will becoming to the mine after the some workers(miners) discovering what they describe as a true silver vein . But they were sending for some experts on this type of silver to check that what they found is what they think it is .
